We make laundry simple. Here's how it works:

1. We pickup your laundry from your doorstep.
2. It's professionally cleaned by one of our trusted laundry partners.
3. We deliver it back fresh, folded and ready to wear.

• Please check pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in pockets or damage caused by them.
• Let us know if any items need special care.
• Laundry is cleaned by 3rd party laundry facility
• While our partners take reasonable care in handling items, normal wear, colour fading, shrinkage, or damage related to the cleaning process may occur.
• While our partners do their best, stain removal and fabric wear can not always be guaranteed.
• If something goes wrong, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it.
• Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Compensation for any verified loss or damage is limited to $20 per lb
• Our goal is simple: make laundry effortless while treating your laundry with care.

 These terms of service govern your use of the website and laundry pickup and delivery services provided by F Laundry.

By scheduling a pickup, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

F Laundry provides laundry pickup & delivery services. Laundry collected from customers is transported to 3rd party laundromats or cleaning facilities for washing, drying, and folding before being returned to the customer.

We act as a logistics and service provider coordinating pickup, processing, and delivery.

2. Service availability

Our services are available only in designated service areas. 

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service
• Limit service availability
• Modify service areas or operating hours

3. Customer Responsibilities 

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Ensure laundry is accessible at the scheduled time
• Remove personal items from pockets before pickup
• Inform us of special washing instructions when necessary

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, including pens, cosmetics, or electronics etc.

4. Laundry processing

Laundry may be processed at third party laundromats or facilities selected by the company. 

Customers acknowledge that:

• Laundry will be washed with professional commercial equipment
• Items are cleaned according to standard laundry practice unless otherwise specified
• Some fabrics may shrink, fade, or wear during normal washing and drying

5. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include the following items in laundry orders:

• Cash or valuables 
• Jewelry or watches
• electronics
• hazardous materials
• flammable or bio-hazardous items
• Items heavily contaminated with chemicals or bodily fluids
• If such items are found, service may be refused and delivery will be charged

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take reasonable care in handling all laundry. However, due to the nature of laundry processing, the companies liability is limited. If an item is lost or damaged due to our handling: 

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
• Compensation is limited to the fair market value. Maximum reimbursement will be limited to $20 per lb

We will not be responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Colour bleeding
• Shrinkage
• Damage due to manufacturer defects
• Items that can not withstand standard washing or drying

7. Order issues and Claims

If there is a problem with your order:

• Contact us within 24 hrs of delivery
• Provide a description of the issue
• Provide photos if requested

We may investigate the claim and determine appropriate resolution.

8. Missed Pickups or Deliveries

If laundry is not available at the scheduled pickup time, or if delivery can not be completed due to access issues, the company may charge the 15lb minimum order.

9. Pricing and Payments

Service prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.

Customers agree to;

• Pay all charges associated with their order
• Provide valid payment information

Payments may be processed through 3rd party payment providers.

Unpaid balance may results in suspension of services.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hrs before pickup by contacting us . Late cancellation my incur cancellation fee of 15lb minimum.

11. Access to Property

Customers authorize F Laundry to access the designated pickup or delivery location (e.g. doorsteip, concierge desk, locker, etc). We are not responsible for laundry that is lost or stolen before pickup or after delivery to the specified location.

12. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law F Laundry shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or income
• Damage exceeding the reimbursement limits described above. 

Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. 

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effectivce date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
