Yes, we have a 15-pound minimum per pickup to keep routes efficient and pricing affordable. 15 pounds is approximately 1 standard laundry basket or 1-2 loads of laundry.

Nope! Many customers use contactless laundry pickup & delivery. Just leave your laundry in an agreed-upon location, we can handle pickup and delivery without you being home anywhere in Kelowna or West Kelowna.

We handle everyday clothing, towels, bedding, and household laundry at the per pound (15lb minimum) rate.  Regular and down-filled comforters, regular and down-filled pillows and other bulky items are priced seperately. 

Your laundry is professionally washed in commercial grade machines, dried and neatly folded to hotel standards and always kept separate from other customer's laundry.
